Daniel J. Quisenberry

Daniel J. Quisenberry is a partner and the head of litigation at Chan Law Group. His practice emphasizes the litigation of complex business and intellectual property matters, including copyrights, trademarks, unfair competition, directors’ and officers’ liability, shareholder, partnership, and real estate. He represents artists, management, and industry in various entertainment transactions and establishes and protects copyrights and trademarks. Daniel has successfully represented clients (both plaintiffs and defendants) in litigation regarding commercial lease disputes and real property purchase, sale, and exchange transactions. Moreover, he has also represented clients with regard to claims and adversarial complaints in the United States Bankruptcy Court.

Daniel graduated summa cum laude from the University of California San Diego in 1990 and from the U.C.L.A. School of Law in 1994.
