Raymond  K. Chan

Raymond Chan is a counsel with the Chan Law Group. Raymond's practice is focused on intellectual property litigation and patent prosecution.

Raymond has successfully litigated patent, trademark and trade dress matters. He has also prepared patent applications for a wide range of inventions, including computer technology, e-commerce methods and medical devices, as well as negotiating and preparing IP licenses.

Prior to joining the Chan Law Group, Raymond was an associate at an Orange County litigation boutique firm specializing in franchise matters, where he represented motor vehicle manufacturers in dealer disputes.
