He has more than thirty years experience including defining and implementing client patent strategies and objectives, budget development and planning, establishing domestic and foreign patent protection criteria, preparing and prosecuting patent and trademark applications, directing and overseeing foreign intellectual property acquisition, licensing, joint venture and teaming, infringement and enforcement.
